Art Sullivan, MAI, SR/WA, R/W-AC

President of Appraisal Specialists of Wisconsin, Art began his real estate career in 1 992 as a salesperson in Lincoln, Nebraska. Returning to Wisconsin in 1995, he obtained his Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's license in 2006, while also expanding his interest in real estate to appraisal, earning his Certified General Appraiser certificate in 2007.

During the course of his real estate career, the opportunity to repeatedly address complex real estate issues in valuation, along with ongoing advanced education, have developed proficiencies that often bring Art into matters of real estate litigation. These include such things as assessment appeal, eminent domain (condemnation) compensation, boundary and access disputes, contamination, construction defects, real estate disclosure issues, riparian rights, and property damage. In conjunction, Art is routinely engaged to provide appraisals and consultation for a variety of residential and commercial property matters, such as estate planning and settlement, divorce, and sale purposes.

Reflecting his education and experience, Art has received the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the SR/W A (Senior Right of Way Professional) and R/W' -AC certification (Certified appraiser in Right of Way valuations) from the International Right of Way Association. He also maintains membership in the National Realtor Association, Wisconsin Realtor Association and Realtor Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW), along with the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin.

Located centrally in the Fox Valley (Oshkosh), Art travels for work from the southern state line of Wisconsin to the northern woods of Florence County; as far west as the Coulee Region (La Crosse) to the shores of Lake Michigan.
